Pathway to Sanatan Life...
Brahmavadini Foundation – One District Gurukul Project
A National Mission for Sanatan Education & Cultural Revival Brahmavadini Foundation envisions a renaissance of Sanatan education — nurturing body, mind, and soul through the Gurukul system. Our One District Gurukul Project aims to re-establish 750 self-sustained Gurukuls across Bharat, combining ancient wisdom with modern practicality.
Our Vision
One District – One Gurukul is a visionary national initiative of Brahmavadini Foundation, Under the Guidance and Leadership Of Shri Swami Rupeshwaranand Ji Maharaj,
aimed at reviving India’s ancient Gurukul education system. The project proposes the establishment of one fully residential, free-of-cost Gurukul in every district of India.
Each Gurukul will be developed on 20 acres of rural land and will provide holistic education to 1000 students, completely free of cost. This includes education, accommodation, nutritious food, healthcare, clothing, and character-building through Sanatan values.
The Gurukul ecosystem integrates Vedic and Sanskrit education, Yoga, Meditation, Yagya, Ayurveda, Organic Agriculture, and Gaushala-based sustainability. A dedicated team of 100 Acharyas will guide students academically, spiritually, and morally, receiving dignified monthly honorariums.
The campus will house classrooms, hostels, Acharya family residences, Vanaprastha Ashram, Guest House, Sanskrit Library, Yagya Shala, Ayurveda Hospital, Gaushala, and organic farming units.
With a capital cost of ₹10 crore per district, the project is supported through public donations, CSR partnerships, philanthropists, and global donors. This mission is not charity—it is nation-building through culture, education, and values.
